HOW WE STARTED
Jax & Bones is an eco-friendly company specializing in luxury dog bedding and adorable and durable dog toys and accessories.
Founder Tina Nguyen wanted to create a business that would allow her to take her dog to work and cater to two of his basic needs: sleeping and playing!
Her dog, Jax the beagle is the inspiration behind the company and continues to inspire her to create new bedding shapes and styles and toys for all seasons.
All Jax & Bones beds are entirely HANDCRAFTED IN THE USA in their facility based in Los Angeles, California.
The beds are stuffed with Jax & Bones’ signature filler Sustainafill™ made from recycled soda bottles.
All Jax & Bones toys are dyed using eco-friendly vegetable dyes and the rope toys are all hand tied.
Jax & Bones creates beautiful and durable product with as little paw-print as possible.
HANDCRAFTED
Jax and Bones bedding and fabric accessories are 100% handmade in the USA.
Our production facility in Los Angeles, CA employs skilled craftsman who construct each item using high quality materials, carefully sourced from all over the world. Each product is inspected at every step in the production process and before packing and shipping. Many of our handmade fabric accessories use scraps from our luxury bedding, creating fashionable items that leave a tiny paw print on the environment.
Our commitment to our community and country is rooted in producing high quality product that allows us to provide jobs for members of the community and contribute to charities that do good deeds for animals.
Quality Control
All of our products are checked by various members at Jax and Bones.
As we cut and sew within our facility, we place high importance on quality control and consistency.
Since product may be vacuumed packed during shipping to save on shipping cost, please note that if you measure your item, it may appear to be a different size.
We ask that you allow a 2 inch (+/-) variance on product specs as the product is actually handcrafted and it could take some adjust to size due to packaging.
In the case that you are concerned with the product specs, please call us at 626 444 4550 to discuss.
Further, color variance may vary also due to computer calibration and or photography.
We do our very best to color correct and represent the product with accuracy.
